I just looked up from my knitting and saw it was after midnight. “I haven’t blogged today!” I said to NovySan. “And it’s after midnight!”

Macaroni and cheese.
With Italian sausage.
And organic veggies.
And chipotle peppers in adobo sauce.
All baked with a crust of breadcrumbs and shredded cheese.

I think it is.
My stepfather, who “doesn’t like sweets,” does in fact like Angel Food Cake and Marshmallow Peeps.
He doesn’t like cats, either.
I think he’d like this one.
