The first post. It’s the default post, which WordPress helpfully creates when it’s first installed, and I keep editing it because I’ve got some kind of superstitious fear of deleting it.

I’m really very proud of myself. After years of procrastination, months deciding on a host, days looking for the perfect theme (which I still haven’t found; not only must it look cool, it has to play nice with Flickr, too)… After all that, I’m actually writing something.
